DESMA PU D.I.P Shoe Mould
1. Design part is made from high-quality Aluminum by precise casting. The hardness of cavity and core mould reach to HR85.It can resist high pressure and high temperature from machinery.
2. Well-designed mould construction make upper part and design part match well. It is highly precise and process long-term life.
3. The cavity and core moulds are made by CNC.
4. Shoe lasts are made after Reverse Engineering, so they match with foot perfectly, and make the shoes comfortable to wear.
5. Easy operation, high efficiency, lower cost.
6. Mainly used for making casual shoes, safety shoes, hiker shoes, etc.
7. Used for Italian Main-group and Germany DESMA PU Pouring Machinery.
PU D. I. P Sipper mould is made of aluminium, it is composed with two parts, the last mould and the bottom mould. PU D. I. P Slipper mould can be two parts-mould or three parts- mould depend on the sole samples. PU D. I. P Slipper Mould is used on the Italy PU rotary moulding machine, such as gusbi, BMG and Maingroup. The struct of the mould is according to the sole moulding machine, the size usually is 350mm*150mm*120mm
