Zhejiang Dongdubao Mould Co., Ltd., founded in 1998, is one of the largest enterprises in the field of shoe mould in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. We occupy about 15,000 square meters and have over 400 technicians. Our annual output reaches 30,000 pairs of moulds, mainly including TR\TPR\PU\ PVC\ PVC AIR \RB sole moulds, RB+PU\TPU+PU\ PU DIP double density shoe moulds, and PVC AIR DIP slipper/full plastic shoe moulds, as well as PVC AIR /RUBBER shoe moulds. We have PU DESMA, PU GUSBI, and KINGSTEEL rotary machines, TIENKANG rotary machines, and TR machines.

Dongdubao has introduced hi-tech pattern-making equipment from Germany, Italy and Taiwan area. We totally have over 200 sets of equipment including CNC machining centers, CNC numerical control carving-milling machines, three-dimensional laser scanning machines, three-dimensional high precision optical scanning machines, extractive carving machines, three seat standard imitation model machines, double caput lied milling and numerical control planners, and electric spark and line-cutting machines.

Dongdubao has separately set up workshops with TPR machines, TR machines, PU machines, and RUBBER machines PVC air mix machines for testing moulds.

Dongdubao utilizes scientific management to reach one continuous line of pattern-making ability from production preparing and technique exploring to wooden mould making as well as processing with machines, processing with electricity, and processing with chemistry.

Dongdubao invests much in technology upgrading for TPR\PU\TR\RB \PU shoe moulds, PVC shoe moulds, and RB shoe moulds, imports advanced three-dimensional high precision optical scanning machines and special systems for professional shoe moulds, and uses professional 3D and scanning engineering flows to make shrinking for existing sole inside pattern, shrinking for 3D model, and zooming for CAD materials. Our CAM and CAI RE have got wholly technological conformity.
